Ingredients

  1. 250 gm Paneer
  2. 2Onion
  3. 3Tomato
  4. 1.5 tbspOil -
  5. as requiredWater
  6. as per taste Salt
  7. 1Green chilli -
  8. Chettinad masala paste
  9. 1/2 cupGrated coconut -
  10. 2 tspChilli powder -
  11. 2.5 tspCoriander powder -
  12. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder -
  13. 2Cinnamon stick -
  14. 2Cardamom -
  15. 2Cloves
  16. 1/4 tspFennel seeds -
  17. as required Water
  18. 1 tspGinger garlic paste -

Cooking Instructions

    Add the ingredients to grind in the blender and grind it into a smooth paste by adding little water

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a kadai, add finely chopped onions and saute it till the onions turns translucent in colour. Next add green chilli and nicely chopped tomatoes.you can the tomatoes by grinding it as well.

    Now add the ground masala paste, salt and mix it well.

    Turn the stove to slow flame Add 1/4 cup hot water then close the lid and let it cook for 5-6 minutes.

    Now open the lid add the cubed paneer mix it once and cook it slow flame for a minute or two.

    Switch off the flame. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves

  7. 7

    Serve it hot with some rice, dosa or chapati
