Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 kgRed Tomatoes
  2. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  3. 1 tspGarlic ginger paste
  4. 1 cupVinegar
  5. 200 gmSugar
  6. 1 1/2 tspSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the tomatoes, then coarsely chop and cook in a pan without water for 15 minutes.

    Then cool and mix and filter in cotton cloth. Now add this puree to the pan, along with
    1 tsp ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder 1 tsp, 200g sugar, vinegar 1 cup, salt 1 ½ tsp
    Add spice bag, let it cook until it become thick paste.

    When its done, then cool this paste.
    Fill it in clean and dry bottles. and use it at any time.
