Really easy and tasty starter that can be prepped early. I normally make two figs per person.

Really easy and tasty starter that can be prepped early. I normally make two figs per person.
Steps

Cut a cross in the top of the figs to about halfway down
- 2
Wrap the figs in a slice of Parma ham
- 3
Stuff the top of the fig with as much Stilton as you can get in. It doesn’t matter if it overflows a bit
- 4
Put in an oven at 180 degrees C for approx ten minutes until the cheese is melted and the Parma ham has crisped up slightly, remove and serve
