Steps

For Dough:
Mix flour, salt and water and make tight dough
Keep it in freezer for half hr. - 2
For stuffing:
Heat pan, add chopped veggies and saute well.
Add spices and salt,
Mix well. - 3
Bring dough, make small portions and create small roti
Add stuffing into it, create shape and close it with applying water. - 4
Steam for 15mins.on medium flame.
Serve with schezwan chutney
