Whole wheat Apple pie

Mix whole wheat flour, sugar powder, and ghee. Keep it as a crumbly texture. Now add chilled water and make a dough. Don't knead it. Just mix together. Cover it and rest for 30 mins in the fridge.

Now mix apple, cinnamon powder, sugar powder, and lemon juice.

Your stuffing is ready.

After 30 minutes roll the dough to medium thickness. Not too much thin or thick. Just like bhakti.

Now grease the pie tray and dust with whole wheat flour. Cover the pie tray with the rolled dough. Make holes with a fork. Fill up the pie with apple stuffing. Cover it with dough strips. Brush with milk and dust with sugar powder. Bake in a preheated oven (180° for 10 min) at 180° for 25 min with both rods on and in the middle rack. Then bake 10 mins more with the same temperature and lower rods on.
