First of all take all dry ingredients (all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, salt) add oil and mix well and make dough using warm milk and water. Let dough rest for an hour so it increases in size.

Now roll six round roti of it and apply butter and place each roti on one another. This layer of roti on each other will come out good layer will baking. Now make a roll of it and divide dough into balls cover them with a piece of cloth and let it rest for more 15 minutes. Make Zaatar spread by adding olive oil in it.

Now for Zaatar roll make one big roti then apply Zaatar spread and roll it and cut it in small pieces and than bake it at for 180° for 15 minutes

Now for Zaatar Croissant make one round roti and cut it into 6 triangles and make one cut on end, now take one piece apply Zaatar spread and roll it in croissant shape and bake it for 180°for 15-20 minutes or till its golden brown.

Now for Cheese Zaatar bread make a round shape roti apply Zaatar spread and cheese on it and bake it till golden brown.
