Kadhai paneer
Steps

Firstly, in a kadai, roast garlic and 1 i ginger with 2 tsp of oil. fry for a minute.chopped 1 sliced onions and fry till they turn golden brown.

Now add 3 chopped tomatoes.

Saute until the tomatoes turn soft and mushy.

Cool completely and blend to smooth paste without adding any water. keep aside.

Now in a kadai heat oil.

Futher add onion cubes and cubed capsicum

Fry till they shrink slightly. do not cook completely; they should be crunchy and keep a side.

Futher shallow fry paneer cubes in same kadai. And keep aside

Further add blended tomato-onion paste and kadai paneer masala, Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt

Cook till the masala paste starts to release oil.

Now add shallow fried onion, capsicum and paneer.

Now add 1/2 to 1 cup water adjusting as required.

Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or till paneer absorbs flavour.

Now add roasted kasuri methi.
- 15
Finally, serve kadai paneer hot with naan or chapati.
