I learned this the other day at a party. The kneaded meat tastes great fried, but I tried boiling it, and it came out tender, so that is part of the recipe.

I made four 10-12 cm sausages from one 100 g serving. Adjust the length and shape according to your preference. Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 250 gramsFatty ground pork
  2. 150 gramsLean ground pork
  3. 5or 6 varieties Various herbs (thyme, oregano, sage, rosemary etc.)
  4. 1 tspSalt
  5. 1Pepper

Steps

    Finely chop your favorite herbs.

  2. 2

    Place the meat and finely chopped herbs, salt, and pepper into a bowl and knead together thoroughly.

  3. 3

    Divide the ingredients from step 2 into 100 g portions, roll into long thin tubes, wrap in aluminum foil, twist both ends like a pieces of candy, and secure.

  4. 4

    Bring water to a boil, and boil for about 10 minutes until the meat has completely cooked through.

  5. 5

    After boiling, cool the meat down slightly in cold water, and remove the aluminum foil.

  6. 6

    It tastes great as-is, or grilled! Eat with roasted potatoes.
