DIY Herb Salciccia

I learned this the other day at a party. The kneaded meat tastes great fried, but I tried boiling it, and it came out tender, so that is part of the recipe.
I made four 10-12 cm sausages from one 100 g serving. Adjust the length and shape according to your preference. The texture changes depending on the meat you use, so experiment using different combinations. Please adjust the combination and variety of herbs to your taste as well. Recipe by buonagusta

Steps
- 1
Finely chop your favorite herbs.
- 2
Place the meat and finely chopped herbs, salt, and pepper into a bowl and knead together thoroughly.
- 3
Divide the ingredients from step 2 into 100 g portions, roll into long thin tubes, wrap in aluminum foil, twist both ends like a pieces of candy, and secure.
- 4
Bring water to a boil, and boil for about 10 minutes until the meat has completely cooked through.
- 5
After boiling, cool the meat down slightly in cold water, and remove the aluminum foil.
- 6
It tastes great as-is, or grilled! Eat with roasted potatoes.
