In a bowl add flour, salt, oil and Knead to make a soft dough with applying water.(dough not too thin not too thick). Cover it, rest for 15mint. After 15mint roll the dough in big size any shape.

Now divided 3part of margarine.one part mash with frock and spread on the rolled dough. Spread little flour and fold it like paratha. Cover it wet cloth and keep in freeze for 10 mint. After than roll it again and same process with other 2 part of margarine with dough. Keep it aside for again 10mint in freeze.

On flame heat the pan. Add oil to heat. Add fennel seeds, coriander seeds, ginger, green chili and saute for 2mints.than add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, mango powder and mix well. Than add boiled mashed potatoes and green peas. Mix well and cook for 5-10mint. Add than coriander leave mix well and keep aside.

In other side heat a pot with spreading some salt. Add a bake stand in between salt, cover it and free heat for 20mint on low to medium flame. Now roll the dough again and big side and cut rough edges. Now cut patties size (as per your choice)and add filling on cut patties pieces and fold very gently.

Greasing the tin/plate and put on patties pieces.greasing the milk on patties pieces (it's optional)and now put in free heated pot,covered it and bake for 25mints.(in OTG bake 200 temp.)after 15mints turn into other side and bake for 10-15 mint. Than ready to serve with favourite chutney/sauce etc.
