Multicolored Beans with Rice

When I was a child, I hardly ever ate beans, but my mom made 'Moros y Cristianos' and I loved it. This recipe is an evolution of that dish—the beans have a mix of flavors that make it especially enjoyable, especially on colder days. You can make this recipe without meat; it’s just as delicious and a bit lighter.
