Ingredients

4 - 6 servings
  1. 2 canscanned salmon
  2. 1/2 cupcrushed seasoned crackers or chips (your choice)
  3. 1egg
  4. 1.5 cupscooking oil
  5. 1 tablespooncrushed garlic
  6. 1 dashgarlic pepper seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine crushed crackers, both cans of salmon and egg into a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Add crushed garlic and seasoning.

    Heat oil in medium to large skillet.

  3. 3

    Form small patties by hand and place in heated oil. Brown on each side.

  4. 4

    Serve with tartar sauce.
