Fresh turmeric sabzi

Peel of fresh turmeric and emersed in water to wash. Grate all turmerics.

Take a non-stick pan and add a cup of ghee. Add grated turmeric when ghee melted. Saute for 5-7 minutes. Add garlic paste and spring garlic as well. Add chill paste and sauté for 5 minutes. Keep stirring in between. Now add spring onions. Then add green peas when onions became softer.

After 5-7 minutes when green peas cooked add chopped tomatoes. Add salt and red chili powder and stir well. After tomatoes cooked add curd and Jaggery as mentioned in ingredients. Or as per your taste.

Let them all cook for a minutes. Ghee will came out and your fresh turmeric sabji is ready to serve. It’s taste best with bajra+ jovar rotla. Can eat with roti or bread too.
