Steps

Dry roast oats, groundnuts, flaxseeds and foxnuts (makhhana), boil peas and corn and chop all veggies finely

In 1 tbsp olive oil saute onions. Add in the veggies and salt and cook for a while.

Add in boiled peas and corn and roasted oats and periperi masala. Mix well.

Add in 2 cups of boiling water, little by little and mix. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Garnish with coriander, roasted foxnuts and all the used veggies

Begin the day of your family with a healthy and tasty breakfast.
