A delicious Bengali style Gobhi recipe where cauliflower florets are tossed in a delicious gravy of tomato and mustard-poppy paste.
Steps

Boil cauliflower florets in water. Take out on a plate. Sprinkle salt and pinch of turmeric powder on them.

Pour mustard oil in pan. Put the cauliflower florets for frying. Chop Tomato into slices and make paste with the coconut slices.

Take mustard seeds and poppy seeds in a bowl. Add water. Make paste.

Once cauliflower florets become golden brown, set aside. Put the tomato and coconut paste in pan. Saute in medium flame till raw smell goes away. Add the poppy seed-mustard seed paste in pan as well. Add water. Cook till water absorbs the flavour.

Finally, add fried cauliflower florets in pan. Coat them well. Drizzle dollops of mustard oil and finish cooking.
