Ingredients

  1. 1cupRoasted oats ,
  2. 1 onion,
  3. 1/2capsicum,
  4. 1 tomato,
  5. 1/4cupcabbage
  6. ,1tbsp eachGroundnuts,foxnuts,flaxseed,
  7. as per taste salt,periperi masala
  8. As neededOlive oil,
  9. 2cups boiling water
  10. 1tbsp coriander

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Dry roast oats, groundnuts, flaxseeds and foxnuts (makhhana), boil peas and corn and chop all veggies finely

    In 1 tbsp olive oil saute onions. Add in the veggies and salt and cook for a while.

    Add in boiled peas and corn and roasted oats and periperi masala. Mix well.

    Add in 2 cups of boiling water, little by little and mix. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Garnish with coriander, roasted foxnuts and all the used veggies
