Heat a pan and roast the oats slightly for a minute. Transfer to a bowl. In the same pan add the oil and splutter mustard.

Then add onion and saute until translucent. Add the spice powders salt and tomato. Mix well until tomatoes turn mushy.

Add water, close with a lid and cook the vegetables. Now add the oats and mix well. Add more water if needed. When done, sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot.
