  • Water
  • Salt
  • Tomatoes
  • Spring onions

Steps

    Portion chicken

    Put in a sufuria add water and cover,bring to boil then simmer gently.

  3. 3

    Do not boil dry...frin the remaining water and set aside

  4. 4

    Add onions and little oil.fry.add tomatoes.pika

  5. 5

    Add the drained soup/stock.cover and simmer for ten min

  6. 6

    Serve with hot ugali
