Take a bowl and add coriander, spinach, methi, bottle gourd, green onion, salt, mixture of black pepper and coriander seeds, chilli ginger garlic paste

Now add besan and mix it. Now add water slowly and simultaneously mix it and give it rest for 15 minutes

Now take a pan and pour the batter and then spread it now let it cook 2 to 3 minutes

Now add some amount of oil at sides and then turn it and cook it for 2 minutes

Now take it in a serving plate and serve it
