  • 10Baby carrots-sliced -
  • 1Red bell peppers -
  • 6 slicesTomatoes -
  • 1 Apple - diced
  • ½ Red onion - sliced
  • 1 tspPumpkin seeds -
  • ½ Cucumber - sliced
  • 1 tbspOlive oil (extra virgin) -
  • to tastePepper and salt

Steps

    Chop or grate all vegetables

    Combine vegetables and add pumpkin seeds, hummus, and olive oil.

    Mix well and season with pepper and salt.
