Ingredients

10 minutes
8 serve
  • 1 cupsemolina (rwa)
  • 4-5 tspcocoa powder
  • Pinchsalt
  • 5-6 tsppowdered sugar
  • 1/ 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1 1/4 cupMilk

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl add dry ingredients semolina cocoa powder salt baking soda baking powder and powdered sugar now put one cup of milk and oil and mix well and keep it side for 20-30 minutes

    Now add 1/4 cup milk and mix it now grease the idli stand by oil and put the idli mixture in it and now heat the idli steamer and put the idly stand in idli steamer and steam at least 10-12 minutes

    Now idli is ready to serve with chocholte sauce
