Mix all dry ingredients together by using Strainer. Grease idli stand with oil and preheat idli cooker.

Add all wet ingredients in a grinding jar. Grind all for a minute in low speed.

Now add all dry ingredients in same jar and grind again for a minute.
You get a perfect battery. - 4
Immediately Transfer the batter in idli mold or stand. Garnished with chopped walnuts and chocolate chips. Bake it in preheated idli cooker for 20 minutes. Allow it to be cool.
