In a bowl mix together the jowar flour, salt, zeera, ajwain and coriander leaves. Add water little by little to get a thin batter. Add the onion. Mix well.

Heat a non-stick pan and wipe clean with a kitchen towel dipped in oil. Pour a ladleful of batter on hot pan.

Remove from pan when golden and crisp. You get 2 dosas from this batter
