Wash beans and remove shaft, put in a pot, add potash and put on the stove allow for like 20 min and add pepper blend+ spices and allow to boil then whisk the soup

On the other hand boil chicken with stock fish, add iru, seasoning and allow for 15 min. You then add to the above soup and allow for 10-15 min. You then thicken your soup with with the dried okro and allow for some couple of minutes (normally ogbonno is being used for gbegiri but I decided to used dry okro and it went on perfect).

Add red oil let it simmer and serve with semo, eba, tuwo or even white rice. So delicious 😋
