Sautéed Potatoes and Octoupus Sautéed Potatoes and Octoupus
I wanted to use the freshly-picked spring potatoes that my parents sent me.Roll the potatoes as you cook, because they'll be more delicious if browned evenly! If you heat the cherry tomatoes well, they will be very sweet. You could also use boiled firefly squid (the insides are sooo tasty) or boiled scallops instead of octopus. Also use asparagus, string beans, or snap peans instead of snow peas! For serving 2. Recipe by haru cookpad.japan -
Zucchini and Potatoes Marinated in Soy Sauce Zucchini and Potatoes Marinated in Soy Sauce
This is my parents' summer recipe that I now serve to my own family. If the zucchini and potato are very large, cut vertically in half before slicing. If thin, cut into disks.[Regarding the amount of soy sauce] If you're going to eat it right away, 2 tablespoons is fine, but the longer you wait, the stronger the flavor gets. If you're going to wait before eating the recipe, use less soy sauce. For 3-4 servings. Recipe by Run cookpad.japan -
Special Potatoes Special Potatoes
My nephew dubbed these potatoes ‘special potatoes’ 30 years ago. Every time he came to my house, this is what he wanted with supper. I’m still making them. It came out of stewed potatoes. When I want something similar to the center of a baked potato, but don’t want to wait that long to bake it, I make these. Use a thin skinned potato that you don’t have to peel or peel your potatoes. It’s up to you! SherryRandall: The Leftover Chronicles -
Barbeque Sauced Stir-fried Pork and Potatoes Barbeque Sauced Stir-fried Pork and Potatoes
I wanted to make a festive looking dish using cheap thinly sliced pork offcuts. So I combined them with potatoes, and flavored it all with a ketchup based barbeque sauce, which everyone in my family loves. If you use very thinly sliced pork offcuts, it will taste like beef stew.If you use lean pork that's sliced more thickly, it will be more voluminous, which men like.Add some mushrooms if you have them in your refrigerator to make the dish even more extravagant.
