Boil water, add 1 tablespoon oil and some salt. Add pasta to boil.

In a non-stick pain, melt 2 tablespoon butter. Add chopped vegetables. Cook at medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add salt. Now add 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour. Stir it on low flame for 2 minutes, slowly add the milk. Keep stirring till the mixture turns into a sauce like texture.

Add 1/2teaspoon nutmeg powder, black pepper. Now add the cream.
Stir for 2 minutes on low heat. - 5
Add pasta and mix it thoroughly. Turn off the heat.
