Boil cauliflower for 3-4 mins in salted water then After boiling drain excess water

Now prepare batter by taking 1/3 cup maida and 2tbsp corn flour.

Add red chilli powder,oregano,salt,black pepper powder and Schezwan sauce.

Add water and make medium batter.

Add boiled cauliflower to the batter.heat oil in pan and fry the cauliflower.

Add 2 tsp oil, chopped garlic, onion,capcium and spring onions.

Add 1tsp tomato sauce and 1 TSP chilli sauce mix will

Add water and 1tsp salt then add fried Cauliflower then mix well.
