Eggs
Chopped Pepper and onion
Seasoning and salt
Oil for frying

Perboil your noodles ( you can also soak it in hot water and strain

Break your eggs,whisk,add salt and seasoning
3

Add the noodles and the chopped vegetables
4

Mix well and fry in a well greased masa pan
5

Fry on low heat for 3 to five minutes on each side
