Heat butter and add oregano to it. Then add chopped spinach and cook it completely. Keep aside.

In a bowl add all the ingredients of top stuffing,mix & keep aside.

Mix all the ingredients for batter and make a smooth batter by adding water.

Heat a tawa. Spread thin layer of batter on it... put little spinach stuffing and again make a layer of batter to cover the spinach.

Drizzle oil on the sides..,, cook from both the sides..... put top stuffing in the center & fold it.

Cut in two parts and serve with chutney or ketchup.
