At first wash and peel the outer cover of potato, boil for one whistle allowed to to stay in that cooker for 5 minutes, then make it half and scoop it out with help of spoon.

Boil Maggi drain the excess water, add chopped coriander, sweet corn, mashed paneer, salt, oregano and Maggi masala.

Make a fix slurry of corn flour with help of water

Stuff these Maggi mix on potatoes, 4 butter in a frying pan and place these potatoes, after 2 minutes brush some corn flour slurry on it

After 3 minutes gradually turn these potato boats carefully, before plating sprinkle some magic masala on plate then keep these potato boats on it.
