Beat the egg and add in a bowl add refined flour (maida) and other ingreidents and mix well.

Make batter smooth and like dosa consistency.now heat dosa tawa and pour 2serving spoon on the medium hot tawa. Just pour it no need to spread.

Now sprinkle little oil on all over side andlittle on tawa when change its coloror seems to dry batter flip the other side and turns into golden in colour.

Now serve hot with maple syrup or honey and enjoy this heavenly taste of pan cake
