Firstly boil the water take a big plate add bajra flour, salt and some seasome into it.

Take a lukewarm water make a soft dough, knead with hand palm at a time prepare for bajra bhakri take a small portion of dough and flatten dough, flatten dough gently with palm,

Transfer it on hit tawa grease little water on upper surface of the bajra bhakri n roast,

Roast it both the sides, when puffed remove from tawa n enjoy with any gravy or bgaji, now our delicious healthy neutricious and tasty bajra bhakri is ready to eat if you like my recepies please share and comments.
