First of all soak jaggery in curd for around 15 minutes.

In one plate add in methi leaves, coriander, sesame, aniseed, turmeric, salt, ginger chilli garlic paste and mix it. Then add in the curd soaked jaggery.

Then add wheat and bajra flour and add water as per need and make a dough. Make sure the dough should be soft.

Divide the dough into medium size balls.

Dust some flour and roll thin thepla. Place the rolled thepla on hot tawa.

Cook from both sides. Apply 1/2 tsp oil and roast both the sides using spatula on high flame. Likewise make all theplas. Enjoy with tea/chutney/fried chilli.
