  • 1 cupcauliflower
  • 1carrot
  • 2green chilli
  • 1 cupgreen onion
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tbspoil
  • To tasteSalt

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut vegetables

    Take pan pour oil and add cauliflower, carrot and green chilli

    Now add the turmeric,black pepper and salt and cover the lid for 5 to 7 minutes

    Once cauliflower and carrot become soft add onion leaves and stir for 2 to 3 minutes now ready to eat with chappati or rice
