Here I have made cheesy tempting schezwan Maggi with corn and paneer. It should be make for kitty party or birthday party. Schezwan lovers must try this.
Steps

In a pan heat oil. Add cubed paneer and roast until golden. Transfer into a bowl.

In the same pan add chopped onion and crushed garlic. Saute till onion turns translucent. Add chopped capsicum and saute for sometimes.

Now add 1 and 1/2 teacup of water (as per instruction mentioned on the packet). When it comes to boil add Maggi noodles and masala (which comes with the noodles) and allow it to cook.

When it half cooked add red chili sauce and schezwan sauce. Mix well. Add boiled american corn kernels and chopped spring onion leaves. Mix well.

Add fried paneer and mix well. Cook until all water evaporates. Add little salt if needed and mix well. Schezwan Maggi is ready. Allow it to cool down at room temperature.

For spread, Mix mayonnaise and tomato ketchup and mix well.

Now take two round shape cutter. One big and other smaller one. With the help of big cutter cut all bread slices into round shape. Now cut half of the round slices into ring with the help of small cutter as shown in picture.

Now preheat oven at 180°c for 10 minutes. Take round slice. Apply butter and prepared spread on it. Put ring on it. Apply butter on ring too. Fill disc with stuffing.

Spread some cheese on it and sprinkle some Chili flakes. Prepare all discs like this. Bake into preheated oven for 10 minutes or until done golden and crisp.
