Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.

Remove from heat. Add the flour, yeast, salt, and olive oil all at once.

Stir constantly to form a dough ball. Let it rest for a few minutes, then knead to remove any air.

Press the dough into a churro maker and pipe churros onto parchment paper while the oil heats up.

Once the oil is hot and shimmering, fry the churros, turning them until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

After removing excess oil, sprinkle with sugar. Enjoy!
