First wash cauliflower then boil them for 5min.

Now heat oil in kadai add chopped potato fry them till golden brown. Then fry boiled cauliflower till it turns golden brown.

Now heat 2tbsp oil add onion saute it till gets pink in colour. Then add fried cauliflower and potato.

Then add chilli garlic paste then add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder and mix them all together

Now add tomato mix them cook sabzi on low flame for 10-15min. Finally add garam masala and coriander leaves and turn of the gas. Serve it hot with roti.
