Steps
- 1
Keep water for boiling and add salt and jeera powder to it.
- 2
Take a small bowl and add the ragi flour to the bowl. Add about 1/2 cup water gradually to make a fine slurry. Make sure
- 3
Add this slurry to the water once it boils and stir continuously for a minute. Let the mixture cook down for a couple of minutes.

Prepare your buttermilk. I make mine from dahi itself. Add water until you get the right consistency.
- 6
After the ragi flour has cooled down, Add the ragi flour equally to two glasses. And then pour buttermilk over it. Stir till it is mixed well.

Garnish with some coriander leaves. Refrigerate and serve chilled
