Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlgobhi/ cauliflower
  2. to taste salt
  3. 1 cupwheat dough
  4. As neededghee
  5. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  6. 2 tspcoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Collect the ingredients. Add masala ingredients in mixture.

    Take aata dough on a rolling board spread ghee on atta dough and fill the gobhi mixture in it and make parathas of it.

  3. 3

    On tawa place the paratha and cook on both sides. Serve it.
