1/2 tspbaking powder
1 cupflour
1/2 tspkosher salt
1 tspsugar
2 tbspmelted butter
1egg
1 cupmilk
1 tspwhite vinegar

Steps

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl

Mix the wet ingredients in a bowl

Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients

Mix with a spatula for 10 SECONDS!! NO MORE THAN THAT!!

Pour in a pan and put optional stuff on top while cooking. flip when bubbles get to center and settle
