I enjoy making pancake every weekend for my family and they enjoy my recipe. Their not made the usually way with water there with milk that give them and light and fluffy flavour. Please try them out and put up your pictures.

Cooking Instructions

Sieve out the flour in to a bowl and add two pinches of salt
- 2
Add the milk and stir until its a thick but milky mixture
- 3
then pour in a heats frying pan with a bit of butter cook till the bottom has browned then turn over and wait till it has turned brown
- 4
then serve with you favorite toppings and enjoy
