Steps

Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a large oven tray with foil.

Slice all vegetables and chicken into medium rings or pieces.

Place vegetables and chicken on the tray.

Add olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well.

Top with sliced butter and sprinkle oregano over everything.

Grill in the oven for 45 minutes.

If desired, add cheese on top and bake for 5 more minutes until melted.

Serve with mustard sauce or your favorite sauce.
Tips
Mix all ingredients well to ensure even seasoning and flavor.
