AMIE’s Banana Cue

Banana cue is one of the most loved street food in the Philippines. It is made of fried banana on bamboo skewers and the most consumed as mid-afternoon snack. This recipe is easy to prepare. It’s delicious and also nutritious. I love banana cue, one of my favorite mid-afternoonsnack.

Put oil in a frying pan. Deep fry the bananas when oil is already hot for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the brown sugar. In a low-medium heat, cook until the sugar melts and bananas are coated in caramelized brown sugar. Put 2 pcs. of banana on each bamboo stick.
