Ingredients

35 minutes
1 person
  1. 112 gcottage cheese (1/2 cup)
  2. 1large egg
  3. Toppings (optional)
  4. curry powder
  5. leavesdried parsley
  6. Mix ins (optional)
  7. sliced avocados
  8. diced mushrooms
  9. diced tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350F

  2. 2

    Beat the egg and combine with the cottage cheese

  3. 3

    Combine any optional mixins

  4. 4

    Add some salt and pepper to taste

  5. 5

    Bake for 20-25 mins. You can also put it on broil for 1-3 mins to get the golden brown top.

  6. 6

    Turn off the oven and let it sit in there for 5 mins so it doesn't deflate right when it comes out. Serve immediately.
