Belgian sandwich that's believed to originate from Belgium or Wallonia, the French speaking part of the country near the French border. The sandwich consists of a long baguette that's fully loaded with French fries (frites ) ,fried meat , salad and kind of sauce.
In Belgium almost every friterie ( fries and sandwich shop ) has it's own version.
I'm going to share my favourite sandwich recipe with you hope you will enjoy.

1French Bread
1 cupFrench Fries
French fries Frites
1/2 cupmarinated roasted chicken
Marinated roasted chicken cubes
Salad Optional
White garlic sauce as required
Sauce samurai as required

French baguette in half lengthwise almost all the way through, and open.

Slather both sides with sauce,layer with salad chicken and frites

Add more sauce on chicken and frites then close, press it
Note: you can use any sauce of your choice Ketchup, mayonnaise, chilli sauce etc.

Serve hot or warm
