Firstly,in a large mixing bowl, take 1 cup of maida, salt and oil. mix well. further add beetroot paste little by little and knead dough.cover and rest for 1 hour

Now cook Maggi as per instruction

Firstly in a large kadai heat oil. saute ginger chillies paste and vegetables.and half cook and add salt,maggi masala and Maggi tester and mix well. now add vinegar, soy sauce and chilli sauce.and cool down

After an hour, take the prepared momos dough and knead well again for a minute.further pinch a small ball and flatten.and
start to roll using rolling pin.roll to almost medium thin circle. now place a heaped tbsp of prepared stuffing in center.fold into half forming a semi circle - 5
Further, bring together the tip of folded semi circles and and join them.press gently with the help of just 2 fingers. one inside and the other outside

Furthermore steam Momos for 20 minutes.finely serve hot Momos with momos chutney or green chutney
