These Potato Noodles Finger Snacks are super easy to make. They can be make very quickly. Except for it has to be refrigerated for 15 minutes after dipping it in flour-maggi masala batter and rolling over crushed maggi noodles. But the final result is amazing. Firstly, wash and steam the potatoes. Peel off the skin and grate it in a mixing bowl.

To it, add chopped green chillies, black pepper powder, chaat masala and salt.

Next add rice flour and onions and mix well.

Form it into finger shape and set aside.

Crush the maggi noodles and add it to a bowl or plate.

In a small bowl, add maggi masala.

To it, add all-purpose flour and salt.

Add water to it and make a smooth thin paste.

Coat each finger first with the flour-masala paste and then roll over the crushed maggi noodles. Continue with the rest of the fingers. Keep in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Add the fingers and fry until golden brown in color all over. Add few at a time.

Remove on paper towel to drain off the excess oil.

Potato Noodles Finger Snack is ready. Serve it with Maggi Hot & Sweet Sauce.
