Doughnut glazed with icing sugar 😋

In a bowl put the yeast a tablespoon of sugar and a tablespoon of flour then put a little warm milk, mix and let it rise.
In a bowl put the flour, eggs and sugar and then the yeast mix, gradually add the warm milk and salt and mix everything after we have incorporated everything.
Let the dough rise in a warm place until it doubles in volume.
After it has grown, we form balls of 100 grams each, we let them grow a little, after which we take each ball, flatten it and make a hole in the middle - 2
White glaze:
-200 grams of powdered sugar mixed with 2-3 tablespoons of warm water, mix well until the sugar melts if it is too thick, add a little more water.
Cocoa glaze:
-200 grams of powdered sugar + 1 tablespoon of quality black cocoa + 3-4 tablespoons of hot water, mix well if it is thick, add more water if it is thin, add more sugar, I always do it by eye.
We take each donut and soak it in the glaze and then let it drain on a grill.
