Carrot Shirishiri

I saw this on TV, so I wanted to try making it myself.
It's best if you retain the texture of the carrots, so please keep an eye on your skillet while you're cooking. Recipe by Wakacha

Steps
- 1
Peel the carrots and slice thinly with a slicer or knife.
- 2
This is the slicer I used.
- 3
Drain the tuna well of its oil. Beat the egg.
- 4
Cook the carrots in a frying pan. When they have wilted, add the tuna.
- 5
Add the egg from Step 3 and cook until the egg becomes crumbly.
- 6
Season with salt, pepper, and mentsuyu (adjust to taste).
- 7
Plate and enjoy!
