This is a simple light dinner snack which can be enjoyed as either a snack meal or it can be modified adjusted Alhamdulillah!to a soupy type starter for Ramadhan iftar or even suhur by adding in more nutritious such as proteins in form of ,lean meats , certain white beans(the less toxicity ones or detoxed ones)or basically any other forms of protein that can go well in such as stirfired nice healthy organ meats too (for those who use halal organ meats such as traditions and cultures or simply just enjoy them)

Ingredients

  • 3 packsindomea noodles
  • About 2 mugs of hot water
  • 2 packthe indomea noodles seasoning packets
  • Bit of salt(taste as required,)
  • 4-5 tablespoonscooking oil
  • 1tspn Coriander powder
  • 1 cupMixed,chopped or sliced bell peppers
  • 5 cubesfrozen spinach (about 1 mug full after defrost)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil 2 mugs of water in kettles then add to your pan.add in some salt.then add in the thawed and frozen spinach chopped or just halved and quaterd..if using fresh spinach wud need to make up to similar quantity...then now only briefly simmer the spinach in hot water.

    Add in noodles (can slightly brake them apart) and spices,and seasoning.Also add the oil,.then cover and simmer in medium low heat until noodles soft and the water almost all soaked up.

    At this point if prefer(or if making it more soupy for ramadhan) can add in the soft beans or some stir fry meats that will cook fast.add in the oil.Then, may also add in about half a mug or more,depending how liquid you like it and how much the other ingredients need to cook of water to help cook the additions @This step InshaAllah!

    Chop the bell peppers.and add in. Near the end of the cooking steps as these cook fast...
    After all are cooked.then serve warm hot for best results,Bismillah enjoy!
