First of all take a kadhai add flour and ghee to them roast them well till it turns golden colour at medium flame

Now roughly chopped jaggery and add to the roasted flour

Immediately take the kadhai down from the flame and again mix them well
- 4
Next take a greased plate by adding one or two drops of ghee and pour the wheat jaggery mixture and spread them evenly and after 5mins cut them into diamond shape or any of your favourite shape and garnish them with some nuts

After about 30mins when they are completely cool remove them and store them in the airtight container and enjoy them in your breakfast or meal.
